Im Mittelpunkt des Messeauftritts Mitsubishi Motors auf der Pariser Automobilausstellung "Mondial de l'Automobile 2016" (29.9.-16.10.2016) stand die Studie GT-PHEV Concept. Das SUV mit Plug-in-Hybridsystem verfügt über ein "Triple Motor"-Allradkonzept mit insgesamt drei Elektromotoren.

Das Fahrzeug steht für die stärkere Ausrichtung der Marke auf SUV und Elektroantriebe. Das diesjährige Ausstellungsmotto lautet "Driving Beyond: Another Step Forward with SUVs and Electric Power". Einen weiteren Blick in diese Zukunft bietet die Studie ex Concept.
